PAYMENT OF FIRST LIQUIDATION DIVIDEND TO SHAREHOLDERS
Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation in its capacity as the Liquidator of the closed Rims Merchant Bank (In-liquidation) is pleased to announce that it has concluded arrangement to pay the 1st liquidation dividend to shareholders of the aforementioned closed bank.
The Corporation is declaring liquidation dividend of 50 Kobo per unit of shareholding to shareholders of Rims Merchant Bank from funds realized from the assets of the closed bank
All shareholders of the closed bank are hereby advised to come for verification and subsequent payment of their first liquidation dividend as from Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at NDIC office, Marina, Lagos.
Shareholders are required to present their Share Certificates and other documents as proof of shareholding. Personal identification documents would also be required.
For further clarification or any assistance, shareholders should contact the representatives of Director, Claims Resolution Department in any of the under listed centres/ Zonal offices.
